There is an ongoing online and texting war among the Filipino youth against jejemons!
I just thought this was too funny! (and i really think all English teachers in the Philippines started this thing! HAHA)
What are jejemons?
if you are a jejemon go to this site: jejemon.com
And jejebusters are??
they basically want to preserve the proper usage and proper spelling when posting on social networks and texting because the jeje-language makes it hard and frustrating to read.
Curious how to use the jeje-language?
Here's a translator: kalokohan.guissmo.frih.net
A funny video about the jejemons... i understood it because they tried to copy the old pokemon game from game boy... ahhh.. the natural high of my days back in the philippines..
I think we could place this phenomenon alongside the Jologs craze around 5 years ago??? the word, jologs, has been around forever!
It basically means tacky or someone from the lower class of society who tries to be cool but ends up as a failure.
