The dramatic US raid has uncovered Bin Laden's hand written journal that reveals his plans, ideas, and all the details of his operations.
Part of the intelligence that was seized from Abbottabad, Pakistan are 100 flash drives and 5 computers. It is now in the hands of the US Navy SEALS.
However, officials said that they are not authorized to release what was found in his hide out.
This will give no comfort for Filipinos who are concerned about Al-Qaeda ties in Mindanao. But there is evidence that some Filipino muslims do support Osama Bin Laden as evidence by
an incident last Friday wherein members of the Muslim community gathered in Quiapo to pray for the souls of Osama Bin Laden and the Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi. They also marched towards the United States Embassy where the police stepped in and blocked them.
Although the Philippine government believes that terrorists in Mindanao has no ties with Al-Qaeda anymore, this journal could potentially prove this otherwise if the Philippines is included in Bin Laden's plans written in his journal.
